The objectives of the Taylor’s Career & Employment Fair 2011 are to provide our students with the opportunities to explore their internship and full-time employment options with prospective employers and to obtain labor market information in assisting them with career planning. The fair is believe to offer an opportunity to have various companies employment brand in front of qualified students.

They have about 60 ++ companies in partners for this event! So many choices to choose from :D Though, personal opinion, I feel there are more choices for Hospitality Management students. This fair is not really for engineering and medical students. Business students have loads of choices too. Communication will probably fall under the marketing or HR side.
On that day, students were encouraged to bring along their resume and pass it to the choice of companies they planned to work with in the future. Even if you didn't have your resume with you, you can just fill up their forms.

Thank You Gifts for the partners of this event
I got the opportunity to emcee the event. Amazing experience. I need to learn how to be more formal in my language. NO MORE 'la's and 'ma's and other 'manglish'. I know right, I'm so Malaysian.
Woohoo, got the chance to have a chat with DJ Jeff from MY.FM. Professional radio announcer shares his thoughts and experience in the radio broadcasting industry. We had an audience while our discussion was on okay. Seriously, his life is so interesting!
WHAT DID YOU SAY? 5 FIGURES SALARY??!!!
*eyes popped out!*
The rest are some pictures of partners signing the board :)
I feel that this is a great event for the students to check it out in order to widen their choices of workplace. This allows Taylor's students to have the advantage of being one of the first few in line to be called for interview for a career. These days we all know that there are so many graduates out there are jobless. So this really do help us up to at least be able to have first point of contact with the companies.
