OMG! 29 medals & most outstanding team in catering service title at Triumphing Culinaire Malaysia

Beating over 600 local & international hotels, restaurant & education institution to emerged as the top winners, Taylor's very own TCHT (Taylor's School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts won

6 GOLD
13 SILVER
10 BRONZE

and swept away the

Excellence Awards in the F&B section
&
Most Outstanding Team in Catering Services.

42 members were sent but these are the few prominent participants.

Derek Loh Zhengwen impressed many with his three gold medals win.

Star of the competition
A final year student from Bachelor in Hospitality and Tourism Management programme, Derek Loh Zhengwen being awarded the Best F&B Personnel and RM3000 as he won 3 gold from Mocktail, Cocktail and Table Setting category and 1 silver from Fruit Flambé category .

Dean of School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts (TCHT), Mr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan congratulated the team's success in grabbing the highly sought after title of Most Outstanding Team in Catering Services at Culinarie Malaysia 2011.
