This year's MyBio Carnival will be held in
Taylor's University Lakeside Campus as the Malaysian Biotechnology Information Centre (MABIC) collaborated with Taylor's and it's close partner Malaysian Biotechnology Cooperation (BiotechCorp) organized the carnival schedule to take place on the
17 July 2011, Sunday, 10am-6pm.
Carnival includes:
- Colouring competition
- Interactive biotechnology related games
- Exhibition by research institutes, research universities and industry
- Biotechnology workshop demonstrations
- Talks by well known biotech personalities
- BioFashion Auction (by UiTM)
Anyone can come join the carnival, Admission is FREE. FOC. NO CHARGES. NO NEED PAY ANYTHING.
School Competitions will be held on the 11-12 July 2011 (Monday-Tuesday), from 10am-5pm. Types of competition available as below:
- Writing competition
- Interschool Quiz Competition
- Interschool Spelling Competition
- Poster Drawing Competition
- Colouring competition
- Public Speaking Competition

There will be a participation of various stakeholders namely the scientists, members of the media, academia, students, teachers, industry who are key players in the field of biotechnology and the general public!
MyBio Carnival 2011 aims to create awareness on biotechnology and its industry development on Malaysia.
